Currently the highest processor speed in dual core base is 1.4 to 1.6 GHz. But Nvidia, a producer known for its line of GeForce GPU has produced a processor intended for mobile platforms with quad-core base. Previous processor has a code Kal-El was produced to continue the progress of the Tegra 2, and therefore the current official name is the Tegra 3.
